Who is Curtis Needs a Ride?

Austin Hines, Michael Flusche (affectionately referred to as 

"Flu"), and Ricky Anderson II make up 

Curtis Needs a Ride (CNAR). CNAR is a comedy trio based out of Fort 

Worth, Texas.  A highly active troupe that produces fresh and exciting 

sketches in just about every medium. CNAR has honed a recipe for success 

out of live improvisational shows, video races, comedy contests, and 

commissioned videos. CNAR offers an intelligent brand of non-blue humor

that is sure to make you laugh until your sides ache. CNAR has won 

numerous awards for quality comedy and filmmaking, including "Best Film" 

for the 2011 Dallas 48-hour film race.  The troupe has been featured in several newspapers including The Fort Worth Star Telegram, The Dallas Observer, and 

The Austin Chronicle.

    the 2008 48 Hour Film Festival in Dallas, Texas.  Awards include:

    • Finalists in YouTube Sketchies II™ Competition

    • Awarded 2nd Place in the 2009 Dallas 24 Hour Film Festival

    • Awarded 2nd Place in the Dallas 24 Hour Film Festival in the 

    Futurevision category 2008. 

    • Awarded 3rd Place in the Dallas 24 Hour Film Festival in the 

    Futurevision category in 2007.

    • Together have hundreds of hours of training at the 

    Four Day Weekend School of Improvisation.

    • Performed in the '07 and '08 Out of Bounds Festival in Austin, Texas.

    • Appeared with Dave Coulier for TCU's 2008 Howdy Week Comedy Night.

    • Headlined for TCU's Las Vegas night
